Daffodil delight whopper box

whopper box 1               whopper box 2

Morning all

I hear a big sigh as its Monday and up for work and school or is that just me?? hehe.  Its the start of a brand new week and a chocolate project to start you off.  If you remember the other day i said i found the section of a shop that sells American sweets well this is another purchase from that section….i do like my sweets and chocolate! Whoppers which are similar to our maltesers but you only get three to each little pack with this little pack.  Cute! my favourite things chocolate and miniature!  in this little box as you can see from the photo you can fit two packs in there quite happily side by side and plenty enough to give someone as a gift or thank you.

I used the envelope punch board for this project.  I love the boxes that can be made using this tool its brilliant.

So as normal heres where you can buy your supplies SHOP HERE

So the supplies you will need are

Cardstock

  • Daffodil delight

Stamp set

  • A round array

Ribbon

  • Bermuda Bay 1/8″ taffeta

Embellishments

  • Epoxy Stickers

Punches

  • 1″ Circle
  • 7/8″ scallop circle
  • Envelope punch board

Measurements

Cut your cardstock to 5″ x 5″ (if you normally use cm don’t worry you just need to follow the board)

First punch and score comes at 1 3/4″

then move cardstock along to 2 3/4″ and punch and score again.  then repeat this on all sides. Fold and burnish your score lines then make one snip up each of the squares to make tabs to adhere.

The DSP measures 1 7/8″ x 2 1/4″ (4.7cm x 5.7cm)

Have fun and let me know if you have any questions
